1. Die Eckdaten der Ausstellung

Veranstaltung: FORMART 2027 (32. Internationale Kunstausstellung)
Veranstaltungsort: Bürgerhaus Glinde (Marcellin-Verbe-Haus), Markt, 21509 Glinde (bei Hamburg)
Ausstellungszeitraum: 9. bis 11. April 2027
Teilnehmerkreis: Bildende Künstlerinnen und Künstler (international und regional, offen für alle)
Teilnehmerzahl: Begrenzt auf voraussichtlich unter 50 Aussteller
Teilnehmerauswahl: Aus allen fristgerecht eingereichten Bewerbungen wird eine konzeptionelle Auswahl der Teilnehmer getroffen.

2. Bewerbung & Fristen

Bewerbungsstart: 1. November 2026
Bewerbungsschluss: 10. Dezember 2026 (Eingangsdatum beim Kunstverein)
Bewerbungsweg: Ausschließlich online unter kvglinde.de/foa-bewerbung
Wichtiger Hinweis: Unterlagen per Post sowie Originalwerke oder physische Mappen dürfen nicht eingesendet werden!

Erforderliche Bewerbungsunterlagen & Foto-Qualität:

  • Vollständig ausgefülltes Online-Bewerbungsformular.
  • Genau 8 Fotos der geplanten Exponate im JPG-Format (max. 3 MB pro Bild, formatfüllend, ohne Rahmen, Wasserzeichen oder Copyright-Logos).
  • Einverständnis zur Fotonutzung: Mit der Bewerbung wird das Einverständnis zur Nutzung der von Rechten Dritter freien Fotos im Rahmen der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und des Ausstellungskatalogs des Kunstverein Glinde e.V. zur FORMART 2027 vorausgesetzt.
  • Ein Kurztext für den Katalog (3 Sätze, max. 250 Zeichen).
  • Bewerbung mit 2 Techniken: Wer sich mit 2 unterschiedlichen Techniken bewerben möchte (z. B. Malerei und Grafik), reicht für jede Technik eine eigene, gesonderte Bewerbung ein. Für beide Bewerbungen gelten dieselben Bewerbungsbedingungen.
  • Hinweis zum Raumbedarf: Der Raumbedarf für Werke der Bildhauerei und Installationen wird in Relation zu deren Größen und Zahl angemessen proportioniert.
Auswahlergebnis: Benachrichtigung aller Bewerberinnen und Bewerber per E-Mail voraussichtlich bis Mitte Januar 2027.

3. Kosten & Finanzielles

  • Teilnahmebeitrag: 100,00 € (wird erst nach schriftlicher Zulassung zur Ausstellung fällig).
  • Zahlungsfrist: 15. Februar 2027. Wird nicht fristgerecht gezahlt, verfällt die Teilnahmezusage.
  • Verkauf der Exponate: Die ausgestellten Werke dürfen verkauft werden. Der Veranstalter nimmt keine Provision.
  • Eigenkosten & Formalitäten: Anreise, Übernachtung, Transport, Zollgebühren (bei Einfuhr aus Nicht-EU-Ländern) und Versicherung liegen vollständig in der Verantwortung der Ausstellenden. Formalitäten und Gebühren sind vom Künstler abzuwickeln bzw. zu entrichten.

4. Ablauf & Regeln vor Ort

Anwesenheitspflicht: Der Künstler/die Künstlerin (oder eine fachkundige Vertretung) muss während der Vernissage und der gesamten Öffnungszeiten persönlich anwesend sein.

Präsentationsflächen:

  • Malerei, Grafik, Fotografie: 4 bis 5 lfm Hängefläche an Wand- oder Stellwandflächen.
  • Bildhauerei, Objekte, Installationen: Die Stand- bzw. Raumflächen werden entsprechend der Größe der Kunstobjekte proportional dimensioniert. Podeste sind mitzubringen.

Aufbaumaterial: Haken, Seile, Werkzeuge und Podeste/Sockel für Skulpturen sind selbst mitzubringen.

Versicherung: Der Veranstalter übernimmt keine Versicherung für die Exponate.

Application deadline: December 10, 2026 (date of receipt by the Kunstverein)

Important: Do not send documents by post. Do not send original artworks or physical portfolios.

Required application documents & photo quality:

  • The online application form, filled in completely.
  • Exactly 8 photos of the planned exhibits in JPG format (max. 3 MB per image, filling the frame, without frames, watermarks or copyright logos).
  • Consent to photo use: When you apply, you agree that Kunstverein Glinde e.V. can use the photos for public relations and for the FORMART 2027 exhibition catalog. The photos must be free of third-party rights.
  • A short text for the catalog (3 sentences, max. 250 characters).
  • Applying with 2 techniques: If you want to apply with 2 different techniques (for example, painting and graphic art), submit a separate application for each technique. The same application conditions apply to both applications.
  • Note on space requirements: The space for sculptures and installations is allocated in proportion to their size and number.
Selection result: All applicants receive an email, probably by mid-January 2027.

3. Costs & Finances

  • Participation fee: EUR 100.00 (due only after written admission to the exhibition).
  • Payment deadline: February 15, 2027. If you do not pay on time, your admission expires.
  • Sale of exhibits: You can sell the exhibited works. The organizer takes no commission.
  • Own costs & formalities: Travel, accommodation, transport, customs duties (for imports from non-EU countries) and insurance are fully the responsibility of the exhibitors. The artist handles all formalities and pays all fees.

4. Schedule & On-Site Rules

Attendance required: The artist (or a qualified representative) must be present in person during the opening and during all opening hours.

Insurance: The organizer does not insure the exhibits.
